Add a Content Source
Navigate to the Content Sources or Connections menu. Select the option to add a new List / Playlist / Xtream Codes API.

Enter Login Details
You will see several fields. Enter the Server URL, Username (Utilisateur), and Password (Mot de passe) exactly as provided by our support team on WhatsApp.

Start Watching
Click Connect or save the profile. The Z11's powerful processor will instantly download the Live TV groups, VODs, and Series. You can now start watching!
Troubleshooting
Authorization Failed
If your login fails, carefully re-enter the password. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive. Also, make sure the Server URL ends exactly as provided, with no trailing slashes.
Missing EPG / Guide Data
On MyTVOnline 3, you can manually force an EPG refresh by going to Connections, highlighting your playlist, and pressing the refresh button on your remote.
App crashes immediately on startup
This is usually caused by corrupted cache data. Go to your device's Settings > Apps, find the IPTV app, and run a System Cache Clear. If the issue persists, reinstall the application.
Live TV is buffering, but VOD works
Live TV requires a constant, uninterrupted stream of data, while VOD can buffer ahead. Ensure your device is connected via Ethernet. If you must use Wi-Fi, ensure you are on a 5GHz network close to the router.
Audio is playing, but the screen is black
This indicates a video codec compatibility issue. Go to the app's Player Settings and toggle the decoder between Hardware (HW) and Software (SW). HW decoding is recommended for most modern devices.
VOD (Movies/Series) won't load

"Playlist failed to load" Error
Double-check your credentials. The Xtream Codes API requires exact case-sensitivity. A very common mistake is having an invisible trailing space at the end of your username, password, or server URL.
